Our social economy catering project offers a first work experience to Syrian refugee women, drawing on their culinary talents and desire to share their country's culture and history. Together we build a bridges between our cultures.
On cold winter days in Syria, the mercurydrops to around freezing point. We then buythis hot, thick milk in the small pastry shops of Damascusor Aleppo, and we drink it while walking in the street. Childrenlove it (and adults too), and it’s a great comfort!
